They are cloth covered rubberbands
These are AMAZING and would highly recommend. These silk hair elastics DON’T slide out, and I have very thin, fine hair and these stay in place all day. And they come in so many pretty colors, I’ve already bought another 3 boxes in different colors!! I will be a Repeat customer!!
Soft 100% Mulberry Silk Non Slip Colorful Scrunchies come in 4 beautiful colors. They are stretchy and soft. It didn’t hurt my head or pull my hair. It comes out easily.
These are nice hair ties that come in a good range of colors, pretty thinp and silky, come in a cute little box with a thank-you note. Work well for my fine hair for when I exercise, and easy to wash. I hope they last a while.
I got the Seen satin scrunchies & love them. Got these to supplement with some more but they are definitely inferior. Smaller, less material to go around, and the material is markedly less slippery. I have my doubts about whether this is real mulberry satin as they say. Feels like polyester to me. I didn’t dock too many stars as the seen scrunchies are 18 for 3 so these are a good bit cheaper for a pack of 4- but I’m still disappointed that these were not able to deliver on the quality that I was hoping to see.Also: ignore the sheen difference in the pic, the seen scrunchie was soaking wet.
Pretty little scrunchies for pulling my hair back. The fabric is listed as mulberry silk and they do feel soft on my hair without any pulling. There is a little tag on the scrunchies that I cut off, it looked more like a label and I prefer to look at the single color of the scrunchie. I twist it twice and it holds my hair very well in place. I really like the pastel colors for Spring and Summer and pulling my hair back. They are a little smaller than what the advertised picture shows. Hopefully they’ll have a little sale on the original price.
These are the most petite "scrunchies" I've ever seen. In fact they are so small that I consider them more of a hair tie or hair elastic rather than a scrunchy (see photos). The listing says they are actual silk, I cannot tell if they actually are, or if they are satin. They are pretty nice, I do like them a lot, I prefer the smaller scrunchies myself, having thinner shorter hair. The subtle colors in the "light pastel" set are gorgeous, along with the shine of the fabric itself. The floating brand "tag" you can see on the tie, that can be easily cut off if you want, it is not sewn into the fabric or seam, it is an independent loop that moves around the scrunchy. I would get these again. But be sure the size is what you actually want.
No slip and don’t hurt when I’m putting them in my hair or taking them out. They are pretty pastel colors. They are thin and light weight!
These are a great hybrid of the traditional ponytail elastic and a scrunchy- we're way past full-sized scrunchy fashion now, and these meet the bill. They fit comfortably on the wrist (I know I can't be the only one who NEEDS that quality!), are a nice satin material that won't rip hair, and have great elasticity. The package of 4 that I received met all of the basic colors that I'd typically pick to accessorize an outfit with. So far, they seem durable and up for the test of sweat and time.

I bought these hoping to use them for a ponytail (for me, an adult), but they're really too tight. They're intended either for young girls with thin hair or for an adult woman who wants to tie only some of her hair. I'm old and my hair has become extremely thin, so I thought these would work for me, but they're really too tight. If I wind it twice, it's too loose, and if I wind it three times, it's too tight. There doesn't seem to be any real stretch or give. I'm going to give these away.

These were okay. Elastics were kind of stiff. The colors were cute so I kept it. I have migraines that get severe so I might not be able to wear these as much as this gave a tug similar to normal hair ties.
