Return Policy

In the (unlikely) event that your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, GK has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are free.

To start a return, you can contact us at gk@beautygk.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for returning, or you can go to the order you placed and process the return there.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and a refund will not be processed.

Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer in the best way we can. Almost always returns are accepted with no questions asked. We do usually like to hear feedback for the return reason, but it will not delay the refund process. In certain cases a return will be denied and you will be given an explanation for it's denial.
